Please Note: 

  • The freight price provided by our ‘Shipping Calculator’ is an estimate only. Extra freight charges may apply, especially for bulky goods or deliveries to remote areas. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if additional charges apply.
  • For very small packages, we may be able to lower shipping costs. Please contact us to confirm.
  • We are unable to deliver goods to a PO Box address.
  • Some locations and postcodes may be outside the area serviced by our regular carriers, even if they are not classified as remote areas. In such cases, an extra charge will need to be added to the shipping cost provided by our ‘Shipping Calculator.’ We will contact you if this applies to your order.
  • Deliveries to a non-business or residential address may incur additional charges. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if you require delivery to a home or private address.
  • Shipments weighing over 25kg may require a forklift for unloading. If a forklift is not available, extra charges will apply for hand or tailgate unloads. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate in such cases.
  • Extra charges will apply for deliveries on weekends, public holidays, or outside usual business hours. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if you require delivery during non-business hours.
  • Most carriers will charge a redelivery fee if the initial delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to no one being on site. Any such charges will be passed on to the customer.
  • If you have instructed us to leave your order at an unattended address, we or the carrier will not be held responsible if the goods go missing.
  • For international orders, please contact us for a freight estimate.
  • If we have provided you with an estimated delivery date, please be aware that it can change due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will not accept responsibility for late deliveries.
  • In the event of goods being lost in transit, we cannot offer a replacement until the courier company confirms that the goods are lost. This confirmation process can take up to one month.
