Freight & delivery
We supply, deliver and install glass display cabinets and commercial fixtures across Australia. Freight is handled separately from the product cost, with two flexible options to suit how you prefer to pay.
Two freight options
We book the freight on your behalf, and you pay the freight company directly. No admin fee, no markup — you receive the freight invoice straight from the carrier and settle it before dispatch.
Prefer a single invoice? We pay the freight company on your behalf and add the freight cost plus an admin fee to your order. Convenient for trade clients or businesses needing consolidated invoicing.
Both options give you our negotiated trade rates across multiple freight providers — usually better than direct customer bookings.
Forklift unloading — the most cost-effective way to receive a 200kg cabinet.
Flat-packed and crated for safe tailgate delivery Australia-wide.
Metro vs regional, and distance from our Malaga warehouse.
Commercial is cheaper than residential — residential needs tailgate trucks and hand-unloading.
A forklift onsite for unloading is significantly cheaper than tailgate or hand-unloading.
Quoted before you order
One accurate figure — not an estimate followed by a surprise at dispatch. We work it out from packed cabinet dimensions, dead weight and your exact delivery details, and pack compactly to keep your cubic measurement — and your cost — as low as possible.
Freight rates are set by the transport company and move with fuel prices, which change weekly. For this reason a quote is valid for 7 days — within that window, the price we give you is the price you pay.
Four simple steps
Tell us your delivery postcode, address type, and whether there's forklift access on site.
One accurate quote based on packed dimensions, weight and your delivery details.
Order online via bank transfer and pay product + freight in one total, or pay for the product now and settle freight separately.
Once your order and freight are confirmed paid, your order ships.
Freight insurance
Glass display cabinets are high-value and fragile. We strongly recommend freight insurance on every shipment. It's arranged through the freight company at booking and added to the freight invoice — a small cost relative to the value of the product, and the only practical way to protect your investment in transit.
Why freight insurance is not optional →Delivery conditions
Standard freight assumes:
Residential, restricted sites, upper-floor or after-hours delivery may incur additional charges. Please advise access requirements before booking.
Tips to reduce your freight cost
Choose a commercial delivery address if you can — even a friend's business address can save $100+.
Arrange forklift access at the delivery end — the single biggest cost reducer for 200kg cabinets.
Combine orders — multiple cabinets shipped together are usually cheaper per unit.
Pick up from our Malaga warehouse if you're in Perth — no freight charges apply.
Pick-up option
In Perth or arranging your own transport? Pick up from our Malaga warehouse — Mon–Fri 9.30am–4pm, Sat 10am–2pm AWST. No freight charges apply.
Combined orders
Multiple cabinets are packed to the most efficient combined cubic measurement. Combined freight is usually cheaper than separate shipments — the freight company quotes both where useful.
International orders
