At Hobbs Displays, we provide Australia-wide delivery for glass display cabinets and commercial fixtures. Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of glass products, freight is managed carefully to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Glass Display Cabinets – Australia-Wide Delivery

Standard Metro Freight
We offer flat-rate freight for most Australian metropolitan areas on glass display cabinets.

This rate assumes standard commercial delivery access, ground-level delivery, tailgate service where required, and delivery during normal business hours. Flat-rate freight is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

Regional & Non-Metro Deliveries
For regional, non-metro, or limited-access locations, freight is quoted case-by-case.

Actual freight costs are confirmed before dispatch. If carrier charges exceed the flat rate, the difference must be paid prior to dispatch. Orders will not be shipped without freight confirmation. This ensures accurate pricing and avoids unexpected charges after shipping.

Combined Orders
Where multiple cabinets are ordered, we will assess combined freight and apply the most practical option available. Please note that combined freight is not always cheaper than flat-rate pricing due to carrier handling requirements.

Freight Insurance
All shipments dispatched via our nominated transport partner Northline include freight insurance as part of the service. For any alternative carrier arrangements requested by the customer, insurance coverage (if applicable) will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Delivery Conditions (Important)
Our freight pricing assumes clear access for delivery vehicles, no stairs, crane lifts, or restricted access, and delivery to a commercial or accessible site. Residential deliveries, restricted sites, or special access requirements may incur additional charges. Please advise us before ordering if this applies to your location.

Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are allocated and dispatched in payment order. Tracking details are provided once dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier scheduling or external factors.

International Orders

International shipping is available for selected products and destinations. International freight is quoted separately, and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us before ordering for an international freight estimate.

Important Notes

Flat-rate freight applies to most metro areas only. Shipping calculator results are estimates. We will contact you before dispatch if additional freight charges apply. PO Box delivery is not available. Redelivery fees due to missed delivery will be passed on to the customer. If delivery is requested to be left unattended, responsibility transfers to the recipient once delivered. In the event of loss or damage, replacements or refunds are subject to carrier investigation and confirmation.
